From your call to a clean floor
Four things happen, in this order, every time.
-
You ring
Someone with dry hands picks up. If we are both under a floor, you get a ring back inside fifteen minutes.
-
You get a two-hour window
Not “sometime Tuesday”. If the job before yours turns into a dig, you hear that while your window is still open.
-
You hear the price first
One number for the whole job, written on the docket, and nothing to pay if you would rather we packed up and left.
-
We leave it clean
The job finished, the floor mopped, the old unit taken away, and the invoice emailed that evening.
Dave, and the people who ring him back
Dave Kowalski has been on the tools since 2002 and running Northside since 2012. It is him and two apprentices, one van each, all of them living inside the area they cover.
- Licensed plumber and gas fitter, NSW
- Member, Master Plumbers Association

Dave turned up within the hour on a Sunday and had our hot water back by lunch. Fair price, no drama.
Third time we have used Northside. On time, tidy, and he cleans up after himself.
Turn the mains off, then ring
If water is going where it should not, the mains tap is at the meter by your front fence. Turn it clockwise until it stops, then call us.
7am to 7pm, seven days. Emergencies any hour.
Not urgent? Email Dave and he answers in the evening.
