A short menu. A long wine list.
Everything on this page is on tonight. The menu is rewritten on Wednesdays, and the list changes as bottles run out.
Two to six, Wednesday to Sunday. Half the room is held back for walk-ins, so turning up works too — or ring 03 0000 0004.

Dana Kovac, most nights
2023
The list runs to about sixty bottles and changes as things run out: whatever is open tonight is what she liked enough to pour.
Dana Kovac tastes everything before it goes on the list, which is why there is no Pinot Grigio, and Maude was her grandmother.
Ask her why a wine tastes the way it does, and be ready for an answer that lasts until your glass is empty.
Ten bottles: what open by the glass looks like.
Two seats at the end of the bar
Bookings are for two to six, Wednesday to Sunday. Everything else is first in, first served, and the bar is never booked out.
Six or more, or the whole room? Dana will send back a menu and a price, so email her.
